Georgian Parliament Passes Foreign Agents Law in Second Reading
The Georgian Parliament has adopted the bill on "Transparency of Foreign Influence" in its second reading.
This was reported by Sputnik Georgia. A total of 83 lawmakers voted in favor, while 23 voted against the bill.
Earlier, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated that it would be accepted in a third and final reading in two weeks, while the presidential veto would be overridden in four weeks.
