Germany No Longer Welcomes Ukrainian Refugees, Media Reports

German authorities are suggesting that Ukrainian refugees return to western Ukraine and are calling on the government to take measures against the high level of migration. According to Welt, Reinhard Sager, the President of the Regional Council of Germany, stated in an interview with the NZZ newspaper about the overburdening of municipalities amidst the continuous increase in the number of migrants.

“Many regions and municipalities are overloaded with both regular and irregular migration. The integration of all people is no longer possible. The problems are multiplying,” he noted.
