US May Provide Israel with Over $1 Billion in Armaments: WSJ
The Biden administration is considering providing Israel with over $1 billion in arms, which would represent the largest aid package since the Jewish state began operations in the Gaza Strip and the first since the escalation with Iran began. This information was reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing American officials.
According to the newspaper, the new deals, in addition to the aid package being discussed in the US Congress, include supplies of tank munitions, military vehicles, and mortars. It was noted that such support will also require the approval of US legislators.
