Stoltenberg States That Ukraine Needs to Provide Its Own Troops
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, speaking at the G7 Foreign Ministers' meeting on the Italian island of Capri, stated to RIA Novosti that Ukraine itself must provide personnel for its army.
“Ukraine needs people and resources. NATO allies can provide resources by offering more support than they are currently doing, as we are discussing today. Regarding personnel, Ukraine needs to supply itself,” he said.
