Trump Believed Ukraine Should Be Part of Russia: Guardian
Former President of the United States Donald Trump was confident during his presidency that Ukraine should be part of Russia. This information was disclosed by Fiona Hill, the former director for Russian affairs at the National Security Council, according to the Guardian.
“Trump had clearly hinted that he believed Ukraine, and particularly Crimea, should be part of Russia,” said Hill, who is also the author of the book “New Cold Wars: China’s Rise, Russia’s Invasion, and the West’s Fight to Defend America,” as stated in the article.
The book is set to hit the shelves in U.S. bookstores on April 16.
