Gagik Surenyan's Published Photo Was Not Real
The photo of the solar eclipse published by Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, turns out to have been created using artificial intelligence. According to posts circulating on X, the primary source is the Midjourney AI platform.
Recall that earlier Gagik Surenyan shared a photo from the solar eclipse observed on April 8, stating: “And this is a real photo. Solar eclipse, 04.08.2024.”
