Deputy Prime Minister on Starting Demarcation from Tavush Region
Until there are final decisions on the sections of demarcation, security, social lifestyle, and legal principles, we cannot speak about starting negotiations on the demarcation process. This was stated today by Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan during a briefing with journalists at the National Assembly.
“A decision to start demarcation from that section can only be made if there is a consensus on the rest of the fundamental issues,” the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
