Ararat Mirzoyan Will Not Attend the CIS Foreign Ministers Council Meeting
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, will not participate in the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS countries, which will be held on April 12 in Minsk. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia in response to media inquiries.
