VIDEO: Humanitarian Cargo Falls on Refugees in Gaza Strip, Casualties Reported
A humanitarian cargo has fallen on refugees in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of five people. At least ten others are reported injured, with several in serious condition. The supplies were intended for the refugees at the Al-Shati camp. Some parachutes of the containers failed to open, causing them to descend rapidly.
A Pentagon spokesman has denied reports circulating in the media that residents of the enclave were killed during the aerial drop of American humanitarian aid in Gaza.
