“And this novelty consists of the fact that we are approaching the challenges before us on a completely different level, so that by addressing them, we bring the country to a new level of development,” he said.

He noted that the country is facing challenges in ensuring security, economic development, economic sovereignty, and solving social issues, and that “there is movement in each of these strategic directions.”

“This is Russia's time,” said Putin.

“The country is qualitatively changing from within. The attempts of ill-wishers to isolate and constrain Russia have failed. This is already clear, this is obvious,” said the Russian president.
