Decision to Appeal Arrest of Vahan Kerebiyan Under House Arrest
The decision of the Anti-Corruption Court regarding the house arrest of former Economy Minister Vahan Kerebiyan will be appealed. This was stated to NEWS.am by Kerebiyan's lawyer, Tigran Yegoryan.
It is worth noting that Kerebiyan has been charged in connection with the criminal case concerning "Sinery". He is accused of abusing his official position for selfish motives, in a group, with prior agreement to either transfer, misuse or apply his influence.
Vahan Kerebiyan has been interrogated within the framework of the "Sinery" case, after which he was charged, with public criminal prosecution initiated regarding alleged abuses during the procurement competition for the needs of the Ministry of Economy.
