Proposal for a European Military Alliance Without the U.S. in Germany
A proposal has been made in Germany to create a European military alliance without the participation of the United States, utilizing France's nuclear arsenal for deterrence purposes. This was reported by TASS.
The idea was put forward by Boris Rhein, the head of Hesse, one of Germany's major federal states.
"We want to establish a genuine defense alliance in which the national armies of Europe are well-armed and coordinated with each other," Rhein stated.
