Russia is Ready to Resolve Issues in Ukraine Through Diplomatic Means, Peskov
Russia has repeatedly stated its willingness to achieve its goals in Ukraine through diplomatic means, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of Russia.
“President Putin has repeatedly stated that Russia has been and will be open to negotiations on the Ukraine issue,” Peskov told Bloomberg. “We are determined to achieve our set goals. We would prefer to do this through diplomacy, but if that is not possible, then military operations will continue as long as the goals are not achieved,” he added.
