Russian Investigators Charge Budanov with Involvement in Over 100 Acts of Terrorism

Russian investigators have charged Kirill Budanov, head of Ukraine's military intelligence, with involvement in 104 acts of terrorism. This was reported by TASS, citing the press service of the Basman District Court in Moscow.

A criminal case has been initiated against him under part 2, points 'a' and 'g' of Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code ('Terrorism committed by a group of individuals resulting in severe consequences').

It has been reported that the Basman District Court of Moscow has decided to place Budanov Kirill Alexeyevich under detention for two months, with the term calculated from the time of extradition to the territory of the Russian Federation.
