Maria Zakharova Outlines Conditions for Resolving the 'Ukrainian Crisis'
Kiev must halt military operations and withdraw its troops from Russian territory. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in an interview with French media, in response to questions about possible solutions to the Ukrainian crisis.
“It is necessary to establish Ukraine's neutral, non-aligned, and non-nuclear status, implement its demilitarization and denationalization, recognize new territorial realities, and ensure the rights of Russian-speaking citizens and national minorities living in that country,” the spokesperson noted.
According to her, sustainable peace in Ukraine is only possible if the West stops supplying arms to it.
