“There are no unfriendly countries or peoples for us,” Lavrov says

Countries appear on Russia's list of unfriendly nations based on their governments' decisions, but from Russia's perspective, there are no unfriendly countries.

This statement was made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a press conference following the OSCE Foreign Ministers' meeting.

“There are no unfriendly countries or peoples for us. There are governments that make decisions on behalf of the state that we assess as unfriendly, and we record those governments in the corresponding list,” said the head of Russia's foreign affairs agency.

It should be noted that Lavrov is participating in the OSCE Foreign Ministers' meeting held in Skopje from November 30 to December 1.
