Why Araik Harutyunyan's Representative Was Summoned for Questioning: New Details
The Investigative Committee of Armenia has summoned Vahan Badasyan, the representative of former Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan for security and displaced persons issues, for questioning under Article 330 of the Armenian Criminal Code (Public Calls for Violence, Justification or Promotion of Violence, and Distribution of Materials or Objects for Such Purposes).
This information was reported by the newspaper "Zhoghovurd," citing its sources. "We have learned that he made a public statement on his social media page, which, according to law enforcement, constitutes a call for violence. However, we have not yet been able to determine the specific post for which he was summoned for questioning," the newspaper reports.
It is noted that the information about the summons has been confirmed by Badasyan's lawyer, Rafael Martirosyan. However, the lawyer did not specify the criminal case related to Badasyan's questioning.
