Erdogan on Establishing a Humanitarian Ceasefire in Gaza
The agreement to establish a four-day humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip is a "positive development." This statement was made by Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as reported by RIA Novosti.
Erdogan made these remarks during his video address at the online summit of the "Group of Twenty."
“We expect this step to contribute to a sustainable ceasefire and ultimately lead to the achievement of a peace agreement,” Erdogan stated. It is noteworthy that the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip will come into effect on November 23, as reported by Abu Marzuk, a member of the political bureau of the Palestinian Hamas movement.
