The representatives of the commissions for demarcation and delimitation of borders at the level of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan last met on July 12. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan during a conversation with reporters today, November 15.
When asked why these meetings have ceased, he responded, “At the last meeting, it was decided that procedural issues are being discussed. I believe we should first agree and regulate the format and mode of cooperation, after which I think meetings will take place.”
Regarding whether a peace agreement will be concluded by the end of the year, the Deputy Prime Minister said, “I cannot provide such a timeline now.”
As for how Belarusian President Lukashenko attempted to convince Nikol Pashinyan to attend the CSTO meeting, Mher Grigoryan stated that they cannot speak about the specifics of that discussion at this time.
