VIDEO: "The CSTO Does Not Plan to Leave Armenia", Chief of Joint Staff
Armenia has not submitted any applications or documents for leaving the CSTO. This was stated by the Chief of the Joint Staff, Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, during a video bridge organized with the participation of Sputnik Armenia.
He added that no one within the alliance is planning to abandon Armenia, saying, "There is no such thought in my mind."
"The leaders of the states will be able to overcome the existing difficulties. Last year, measures were proposed to stabilize the situation in the region, and these are still under discussion. Despite the fact that Armenia is less present at the organization's events, the country is actively involved in legislative activities, with funding and work continuing," he added.
