VIDEO: Is There Any Agreement for Snoop Dogg to Return to Armenia? Details from the Prime Minister's Office
The Deputy Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Armenak Khachatryan, could not specify when the famous rapper Snoop Dogg's concert will take place. "I cannot give a specific date right now, but everything is being done to ensure he comes," he said during a conversation with journalists.
In response to a reporter's question about the necessity of organizing such a concert during this difficult social situation, Khachatryan replied, "Yes, any event that the government plans to do is necessary."
It is noteworthy that the full amount of 2.3 billion drams intended for the September 23 concert of the renowned American rapper Snoop Dogg in Yerevan has already been paid.
Recall that after the announcement of Snoop Dogg's concert scheduled for September 23 in Yerevan, there was intense debate, mainly regarding the state funds to be spent on the event. The concert was canceled due to the tragic events that occurred in the Republic of Artsakh. Snoop Dogg has not returned and will not return the payment.
Additionally, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, believes that the concert by the world-famous rapper Snoop Dogg should be open to everyone.
