VIDEO: Red Cross Staff Visit Artsakh Resident Who Refused to Leave His Home

Employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited an Artsakh resident who decided to stay in his home after Azerbaijan's takeover of Artsakh. According to Инфотека 24, he is out of contact with his family and the outside world.
