Turkey's First Lady Plans to Help Palestinian Children
Turkey's First Lady Emine Erdoğan intends to assist needy Palestinian children. According to Yeni Şafak, this was announced by Turkey's Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş.
She stated that during an online meeting, she communicated with the Palestinian Minister of Women's Affairs Kamal Hamadi and the Minister of Social Development Ahmed Majdalani. The minister added that on behalf of the First Lady, a joint initiative has been proposed to "immediately provide assistance to children affected by the recent Israeli strikes."
"Our aim is to provide medical assistance, protection, and care to children who have been injured or orphaned due to the attacks carried out by Israel until hostilities cease," Göktaş announced.
