The Situation in the Middle East Could Spiral Out of Control, Says Iranian Foreign Minister
The Middle East region resembles a powder keg, with the potential for an explosion and the situation spiraling out of control. This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian before leaving for Jeddah, according to IRNA.
“At the last meeting, all the foreign ministers present unanimously agreed on the need for an immediate cessation of the Zionist regime's military crimes against the populations of Gaza and the West Bank,” he said.
The Iranian foreign minister emphasized that everyone is in agreement that “political activists must not be indifferent to the killings of innocent civilians, women, and children and must take action.”
