The Process of Transferring 100,000 Dram Starts Today, Says Prime Minister's Spokesperson
The number 100,672 has remained unchanged; this is the number of individuals forcibly displaced from Artsakh who have arrived in the Republic of Armenia. This was stated today by the Prime Minister's spokesperson Nazeli Baghdasaryan during a briefing at the Humanitarian Center.
“The number of registered individuals remains around 99%, which is quite a high figure. We are currently trying to gather all registration data from communities across Armenia, as there are instances where the same person is registered multiple times,” she noted.
The spokesperson highlighted that the process of distributing the 100,000 dram payments is in full swing, with the Central Bank having transferred banking details for more than 50,000 individuals to the Unified Social Service. “The process of transferring the funds will start today,” she stated.
