Levon Mnatsakanyan Arrested and Transferred to Baku: Azerbaijan Confirms
The State Security Service of Azerbaijan has confirmed the news of Levon Mnatsakanyan's arrest. This information has been reported by local media.
The former commander of the Artsakh Republic army, Levon Mnatsakanyan, was arrested at the Lachin checkpoint.
It is noted that he has been transferred to Baku under the escort of rapid response force personnel, where he has been handed over to state authorities.
