Rent Prices for Homes in Yerevan Rise in Just 2 Hours
For the past two days, our compatriots from Artsakh have been arriving in Armenia, particularly in Yerevan, having narrowly escaped the enemy's large-scale attacks. Those involved in renting out apartments have decided to take advantage of the situation and make money.
It is worth recalling that prices in this sector soared when residents from Russia began arriving in Yerevan after the onset of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
Recent observations from the Listings show that rental prices for homes have been updated across the board within the last three hours. In Yerevan, apartments available for rent have sharply increased in price by 25,000, 30,000, and even 50,000 drams. This has been the trend over the past few hours.
