Russian-registered vehicles must be seized or re-registered: Estonia
Russian-registered vehicles in Estonia must be seized or re-registered. This was stated by the country's Minister of Internal Affairs, Lauri Läänemets.
He noted that he does not understand why Russian-registered vehicles are being driven in Estonia and why someone would have them.
According to the minister, the European Commission believes that such vehicles cannot be allowed entry into Europe, as it would constitute "transportation of goods under sanctions."
It is worth recalling that earlier it was reported that Estonia has banned the entry of vehicles registered in the Russian Federation since September 13.
