Joint Armenian-American Exercise to be Held in Armenia

From September 11 to 20, Armenia will host the "ARSIV PARTNER-2023" joint Armenian-American exercise at the Ministry of Defense's Peacekeeping Brigade training center "Zarr" and the Ministry of Defense's N training center. This was announced by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

The exercise involves stabilization operations between conflicting parties during peacekeeping missions. The goal of the exercise is to enhance the level of interoperability of units participating in international peacekeeping missions, exchange best practices in management and tactical communication, and increase the preparedness of the Armenian unit for the NATO/UN "Operational Capability Concept" planned assessment.

In preparation for peacekeeping missions, units being trained for international operations regularly participate in such joint exercises and trainings in partner countries.
