Tragic Accident in Vedi: Three Victims Identified, No Fourth Person Involved

A tragic accident occurred today in Vedi, as previously reported. A car, carrying several minors, ended up in a canal. Photojournalist Gagri Shamsyan informed that local police and investigators have confirmed the identities of the deceased: Spartak Sh., 15, Erik Gh., 15, and Vitali S., 13, all residents of Nor Kyanq village in the Ararat region. The three were students at the local primary school in Nor Kyanq.

Current operational data indicates that there were only the aforementioned individuals in the vehicle, and no fourth person was present. The police and investigative department are working to determine who was driving the car.
