One of the key principles of the United Nations is that no one should be neglected. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a UN Security Council meeting on the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh.
“4-year-old Edwin, 6-year-old Anastasia, 7-year-old Mariam, 5-year-old David, 5-year-old Tatev, 8-year-old Samvel and many others still hope that they will not be neglected,” wrote Ani Badalyan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, on her Twitter microblog, sharing Minister Mirzoyan's speech.
