Russia May Reassess Use of Cluster Munitions on the Battlefield: Shoigu

For humanitarian reasons, Moscow has refrained from using cluster munitions, but this decision may be revisited. This was stated by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu during the Security Conference in Moscow.

“Russia may reassess the use of cluster munitions on the battlefield, but at this moment, it is still refraining from doing so,” Shoigu announced.

In his speech, he also noted that the initial results of military operations indicate that Ukraine's military resources have nearly been depleted.
