During August 13-18, the areas in Yerevan, the Ararat Valley, foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, as well as the lowlands of Syunik and Tavush, will see a high fire danger situation.
Across the republic, from August 14 to 18, dry weather is anticipated. Winds will blow from the southwest at 2-3 m/s; on August 13-15, winds in the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, as well as in Armavir, are expected to strengthen in the evening hours, reaching speeds of 13-16 m/s.
The air temperature is not expected to change significantly.
In Yerevan, from August 14 to 18, dry weather is also forecasted. On August 13-15, evening wind intensification is predicted, with speeds of 10-13 m/s.
