«The Division of Ukraine and the Cession of Territories to Poland is Unacceptable» - Lukashenko
The plans for the division of Ukraine and the appropriation of its western territories, which are also being contemplated in Poland, are an unacceptable option for the development of events, stated Lukashenko during a meeting with Putin in Strelna.
“This is unacceptable for us. The annexation of Western Ukraine, the division of Ukraine and the cession of land to Poland are unacceptable. And if the western population of Ukraine needs it, we will certainly support them. I ask you to consider and weigh this issue.
Of course, I would like you to support us in this regard. If such support exists, and Western Ukraine requests this assistance, we will certainly provide help and support to the western population of Ukraine. If that happens, we will support them in every way possible,” Lukashenko mentioned.
Lukashenko also stated that he has started to feel uneasy about the Wagner group. “I may not need to say this, but I will. We have started to feel concerned about the Wagnerites, ‘We want to move West. Let us.’ I say, what do you need the West for? It is better to take a trip to Warsaw, to Rzeszów,” said Lukashenko.
