Up to 10,000 Wagner Mercenaries to Go to Belarus

Belarusian servicemen will conduct joint exercises with mercenaries from the Wagner private military company in the Brest region, which borders Poland. This was reported by meduza.io.

The Belarusian Ministry of Defense announced the exercises, stating, "Within one week, special operations forces units will develop combat readiness tasks at the Brest training ground together with representatives from the company."

On the evening of July 19, nine columns of the Wagner PMC arrived in Belarus, according to the monitoring project 'Belarusian Gayun.' The PMC itself has stated that up to 10,000 mercenaries are expected to come to the republic.
