The People of Artsakh Have Made Their Choice, It Is Not a Whim, But a Protection Against Annihilation: State Minister
"The situation will not be resolved until the authorities of Armenia understand that Artsakh cannot be a part of Azerbaijan," said Artsakh's State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan in an interview with Public Television.
"The people of Artsakh have made their choice, it is not a whim; it is a protection against annihilation. And today, this issue is on the agenda," he stated.
