Artsakh Residents Block Askeran-Aghdam Road with Concrete Barriers
Members of the "Artsakh Front for Security and Development" are currently staging a protest on the Aghdam-Askeran roadway. The residents of Artsakh have closed the Askeran-Aghdam road with concrete barriers. This was announced on Facebook by activist Arshak Abrahamyan, founder of the "Vernatun" Youth Analytical Center.
"Protest action on the Askeran-Aghdam road and installation of concrete barriers," he noted.
"The location is not chosen randomly; we will not allow Azerbaijani integration under the guise of humanitarian cargo—socio-economic integration must not be permitted. The next step will be engaging in trade, and the ultimate result will be the final absorption of Artsakh by Azerbaijan," Abrahamyan stated to "Hraparak."
He emphasized that in the face of the current blockade, any measure should be taken to prevent integration with Azerbaijan.
