Video: Mayor of Jermuk Beats Brother of Fallen Soldier with 20 People; Also Abused in Police Station

Resident of Jermuk, Taguhi Khachatryan, claims that on April 24 of this year, the mayor of Jermuk, Vahagn Arsenyan, assaulted her son with the help of twenty individuals, following which her son was also tortured at the police department in Yeghgnadzor. She provided Irakanum.am with a video recorded by her younger son at the Yeghgnadzor police station. Mrs. Taguhi's third son was lost during the 44-day war.
