VIDEO: Defense Minister Visits Military Units

On July 11, in order to monitor the recruitment process, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan visited several military units of the Ministry of Defense, where military personnel were undergoing tests as part of the ongoing certification examination in subjects such as drill training, shooting preparation, and knowledge of professional duties and responsibilities. This information was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

While speaking with the servicemen, Suren Papikyan wished them success in their examinations and high results.

The head of the defense department also reiterated that servicemen who are unable to meet the established standards will be given the opportunity to prepare better and take the certification exam again.

The Chairman of the Certification Commission, First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Kamo Kochunts reported to the minister regarding the progress of the exams and the preliminary results of the first two days.
