Artsakh's Ministry of Defense Issues Statement
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has disseminated misinformation for the third time during the day, claiming that the Defense Army's units have allegedly conducted fortification works, which have, according to them, once again been halted due to measures taken by the Azerbaijani armed forces. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh.
The purpose of the misinformation spread by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense is to justify the periodic violations of the ceasefire by their own units, the statement mentions.
