Why the Ministry of Defense Signed a Contract with 'Arkadakhndir' LLC: 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' newspaper writes: 'We reported that the Ministry of Defense signed a 5 million dram contract with 'Arkadakhndir' LLC on June 2, for organizing a cultural event dedicated to World War II. This amount has been used to print posters, brochures, and organize a buffet for 70 people.
We requested a written clarification from the Ministry of Defense regarding who participated in the event, how many people attended, and why such an event was organized in June. Additionally, we inquired whether other companies participated in the competition and why 'Arkadakhndir' LLC was chosen specifically. In response to these simple questions, which could be answered within a few hours, the Ministry of Defense did not respond within the legally stipulated 5-day period. Moreover, we received a letter stating that additional research is needed to answer these questions, so they will respond within a 30-day period.
Apparently, 30 days is needed to find a reasonable explanation as to why the Ministry of Defense deemed it necessary to hold an event dedicated to World War II during this complex and responsible time, or whether it was worth signing a contract with 'Arkadakhndir' LLC.'
