PHOTOS: Poultry Production Plant Activity Suspended

The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspectorate's Kotayk regional center discovered during an inspection at the "Agrotek Invest" limited liability company that it was operating in violation of sanitary and hygienic standards defined by legal acts (Kotayk region, Nor Geghi village).

Specifically:

• The surfaces of the walls in the areas where food production occurs were not waterproof and made of washable materials, and the doors were uneven.
• The ceilings and structural elements above the production facilities were inadequate in preventing the accumulation of dirt, mold formation, and condensation of moisture.
• There was no possibility to perform washing, cleaning, and disinfection operations on technological equipment and property in contact with food.

Consequently, the production activities of the poultry production plant have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for rectifying the violations identified.
