Maria Zakharova Responds to Araik Harutyunyan's Statement
Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, answered a journalist's question regarding statements made by Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan. Harutyunyan claimed that the Russian side had requested that three villages in Lachin be handed over to Azerbaijan.
Zakharova stated, “I am not familiar with these statements and do not recognize such officials. Therefore, I cannot comment on them. The route of the Lachin corridor has changed based on a trilateral agreement.”
