A Hybrid War is Being Waged Against Russia: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated during a meeting of the leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) that a hybrid war is being waged against Russia. This was reported by the official website of the Kremlin.

According to Putin, the Russian people are united and mobilized like never before. He said, “Russia confidently resists and will continue to confront external pressures, sanctions, and provocations, and in the current situation, our country continues to develop steadily.”

He added that the geopolitical situation in the world is becoming increasingly complex, while security is degrading.
