Lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan published a video on his Facebook page and wrote:

"The time for the second part has come: it becomes clear from the recording that the individual is requesting the opportunity to display his dashcam recording, which shows that he was wearing a seatbelt while driving the vehicle. The citizen also asks to clarify his rights and the evidence that allegedly suggests he was not wearing a seatbelt. The patrol officer, who has almost no command of the Russian language, is unable to provide adequate and legal answers to the citizen's normal inquiries, and becomes agitated; the rest you can see for yourselves.

P.S. To those justifying such behavior, especially men, I wish that they witness this kind of treatment towards their wife, sister, mother, or daughter and remain in the same position thereafter."
