Toyvo Klaar on Growing Tensions at the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border
The European Union is closely monitoring developments in the region. This was stated by Toyvo Klaar, the EU's special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, on his Twitter page, addressing the growing tensions at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
"Ceasefire must be maintained in all areas. It is important to preserve the positive dynamics of meetings and achieve results at the negotiating table that will benefit Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the entire region," Klaar wrote.
