Identity of Lawyer Assaulted by Law Enforcement Revealed

The press service of the Chamber of Advocates has just announced that a lawyer who presented himself at the Central Police Department to perform professional duties was subjected to violence by police officers and patrols.

According to MediaHub, the lawyer assaulted by the police is Karen Alaverdyan. The media outlet reports that his injuries are not severe; however, it has come to our attention that police officers and patrol units at the Central Police Department used handcuffs and tear gas while intervening in an incident involving the beating of his client.

It should be noted that a press conference has been scheduled on June 13 at 11:00 AM in the hall of the Chamber of Advocates regarding the incident. This time, lawyers have decided to respond more strongly to the incident and remain persistent.
