Is Tigran Avinian Being Misinformed? Road Paving and Marking Works Not Completed

Tigran Avinian is being told that he is mistaken, as reports indicate that road marking works are completed, while on the day of the report, many streets had not been marked. This was noted by user Artur Chakhoyan on his Facebook page.

"I’ll refrain from commenting on Khoren Grigoryan’s reports, otherwise I could write a book... and the book could be titled 'Those Who Take Orders from the Past, Manipulators,'" the user wrote.

"I can roughly imagine that after such publications, Avinian is told that he is taking orders from the past. For example, let’s imagine for a moment that I am executing an order from Putin or a predecessor, but what do the shoddy works have to do with it? You are the ones doing that," he added.
