We Demand the Appointment of Babayan as State Minister

A statement was read on behalf of the participants of the rally at the Renaissance Square in Stepanakert: "Being deeply concerned about the military-political, socio-economic, and moral-psychological situation in Artsakh and its surroundings, expressing disagreement with the government's inadequate responses to the challenges, and considering the vision for a way out of the current situation proposed by Samvel Babayan, the president of the United Homeland party, we demand the President of Artsakh appoint Samvel Andranik Babayan as State Minister."
