Today, a video has surfaced on the internet showing a young man dragging a dog by its fur.

The footage was shared by a user named Alla Sargsyan. Notably, when a witness confronts the young man in outrage, some of the women off-camera defend his actions, claiming he is doing the right thing.

It is worth reminding that an earlier video had circulated showing the same young man beating the dog in the Tsitsernakaberd park.
